Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Click to Call Google Sheets add-on (the “Add-on”). By installing or using the Add-on, you agree to these Terms.

1) License and permitted use

• We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Add-on for your internal business or personal use.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.
• You may not use the Add-on to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.

2) Your responsibilities

• Call endpoint: If you use URL Call Mode, you are responsible for providing and maintaining a valid call URL template containing {{NUMBER}}.
• Authorization / security: You are responsible for ensuring your call endpoint is secure and appropriate. If your endpoint triggers calls without authentication, you accept the risk of misuse.
• Data in sheets: You are responsible for the spreadsheet content you process and any privacy obligations related to that content.

3) Third-party services

The Add-on may interact with third-party services (for example, a PBX platform, telephony provider, or your own server) when you trigger a call. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, security, or policies.

4) Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Add-on at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

5) Disclaimer

The Add-on is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teklink will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Add-on, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Teklink from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the Add-on, your configured call endpoint, or your violation of these Terms.

8) Termination

You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate or suspend access to the Add-on if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

9) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York / USA, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
